OpenAI Realtime Speech Translation

Whisper Mate can use OpenAI Realtime for live speech transcription and translation. This workflow is useful when you need low-latency text while capturing a microphone or another Mac app.

Configure the OpenAI service in Whisper Mate, then choose the source and target languages for your realtime session. Cloud processing is optional; use a local transcription engine instead when media must remain entirely on your Mac.
